RETURNS

You are purchasing a ‘BETA’ pair of our zerø passive shelf speakers. We trust they will perform to specification and provide the listener with ‘pure’ enjoyment, however, a fault may occur. Should a fault occur, we will organise to have your speakers returned to us, repair or replace them and return them to you as soon as is possible, at our expense. Please retain the original packaging during this period to make things easier and efficient.

You also have the option to return the ‘BETA’ speakers to us for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Should you choose to replace your ‘BETA’ pair of zerø passive shelf speakers with a final commercial pair, once they become available during the first half of 2020, we will organise to have your ‘BETA’ speakers returned to us and replace them with the final commercial pair also at our expense.

If you subsequently decide to return the final commercial version of the zerø shelf speakers to us within 30 days of receipt of the product, shipping will be at your expense to: Wing Acoustics Limited, 5 Akepiro Street, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. To be eligible for a full refund the speakers must be in original condition, in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In any event, please retain the original packaging during this period.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned speakers. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
